About
I currently work at Zoho, where I run SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) across multiple products. The work is about figuring out how brands stay discoverable, not just on Google, but in the AI-powered search environments people increasingly turn to: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude. It sits at the intersection of content strategy, search behavior, and how products communicate their value to the right people at the right moment.
Before Zoho, I was part of the organic growth team at Kovai.co, a SaaS company building products like Document360. I worked across the full organic stack: content strategy, technical SEO, conversion rate optimization, competitive research, YouTube, podcasts, and webinars. I joined right when AI was starting to reshape how people search and evaluate software, and a lot of my thinking about AEO and LLM visibility was shaped during that time.
Earlier, I did brand communication and social media strategy for Cluster Circle, and got my first real taste of product marketing as an intern at BlissPads. There I worked on influencer partnerships, podcast content, and live exhibitions, and somehow managed to earn an "Exceeding Expectations" certificate while finishing my MBA at the same time.
Search is no longer just Google. When someone types a question into ChatGPT or asks Perplexity to recommend a tool, a whole different set of signals determines whether your brand shows up or not. I spend a lot of time thinking about that gap: how brands create content versus how AI systems actually surface and cite information.
I'm also interested in the overlap between SEO, content strategy, and social media, and how brands can build real organic presence without relying entirely on paid channels.
I graduated with a B.Sc in Mathematics from Holy Cross College, Nagercoil, then an MBA in Marketing from Sankara College. The math background still shows up more than you'd expect in how I approach growth problems. In 2026, I was invited back to Holy Cross as a guest contributor to help refine their marketing curriculum. That was a full-circle moment.
Sassy Bobbin, a south Indian fashion and styling brand I grew to 11.9K Instagram followers by treating every reel like a positioning experiment, testing hooks, iterating on formats, studying what drives actual engagement vs. vanity reach.
Hello Dubai Uh!?, a Tamil podcast with 40+ episodes on psychology, culture, relationships, and life. Built and distributed entirely through organic social.
I write about content strategy, SEO, and AI's impact on search on my blog and LinkedIn.
